Rogue Mogul Madness Ale
Monday 15 February 2010 - 14:06:34
This ale is a very well balanced brew starting with a mild but hoppy aroma. The head is nice and high, holds well, and leaves a nice trailing lattice. It has the flavour we've come to expect from the Rogue lines, which is probably attributable to the Pacman yeast and Willamette hops consistent throughout all of the brews we've tasted so far. Pleasing brown color with a tinge of red, pleasant brown Brussels lace and solid hop bitterness coming in at 68 IBUs. While a good solid brown ale, Rogue will have to break from their traditional style to really impress us.
The Beer Guys are giving this one a 3.75/5 pint rating.
