No one visiting here has ever actually seen what we do, and usually I record the tastings just so I can take notes and bring the short version to you. Hopefully I can change that, and I would like to start bringing you the tastings themselves to the site as well as the crib note version. Unfortunately the batteries in the camera died before we finished the tasting, but most is here for you to see.

Nostradamus won a gold medal in the 2002 World Beer Championships and is an especially complex ale. There is an almost unidentifiable sourness that starts mildly but grows as you sip. There is very little hoppiness to the brew. The head is quite aggressive with large bubbles and a broken lattice unique to this beer. The description is very hard to put into words and I recommend you try this one for yourself, especially if you like the Belgian styles.

P.S: Oud Bruin is also known as Flanders Brown and originated in the Flemish region of Belgium.(my apologies to any Belgians or Scots I may have offended by confusing the two in the video). The Beer Guys have put this at a 3.5 of 5 pint rating.
